The plane departed from Seville bound for Manchester Airport when the crew transmitted an emergency code on Sunday evening (October 25). A UK-based frozen food firm has shut down after collapsing into liquidation. Quality Bites, whose products were available in more than 1,000 independent supermarkets , has ceased trading. Founded in May 2013, the frozen food enterprise specialised in halal products, offering items such as samosas, kebabs and crispy chicken, according to reports. Based in the West Midlands, the company positioned itself as "one of the leading manufacturers of ethnic foods in the UK".
