This play should come as little surprise, and it is only fitting that the top spot involves the game-winning play to beat the Chicago Bears. The Green Bay Packers entered the game with a 6-3 record, but their three losses to this point were notable. After a rough game in Brazil to start the season, the Packers started 0-2 in NFC North games.

Kirby Lee-Imagn Images Brian Gutekunst is working through his eighth offseason of team building. While the Green Bay Packers have remained successful, some trends are emerging. Among these is how well Gutekunst has been at adding key free agents in the offseason. The inverse of that is how poor he has been at adding talent through the second day of the NFL Draft. My proposal is simple: Trade the mid-round draft picks for talent. I would go so far as to say the first round should not be out of play.

Sometimes you give up everything to get Bryce Young and sometimes you move up to get Josh Allen. It is always a risk, but the payoff of getting it right is enormous. One lesser consideration is the idea of drafting or acquiring backup Quarterback talent. This is a hard task.
