Superhero movies have always been popular, but it seems as though the last decade has brought up several new (and remade) hero films. The Marvel Cinematic Universe has recently entered its Phase 5, opening with Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania earlier in 2023. Not to be outdone, however, the DCU has been putting out numerous movies as well. A fan favorite of the last five years from the DC Universe is Shazam! The film is packed full of action, humor, found family, and heart-string moments.
