There are several proposed reform options in Congress that could make changes to the 340B drug pricing program. There are a few different bills pending in Congress that would make significant changes to 340B. I won’t cover them all today, but I’ve been getting questions about which proposals are most likely to become law.

The Senate will not be in session the week of June 29 or the week after. The House is supposed to be in session the week of June 29 (with no votes on Friday, July 3 because that is the federal holiday for Independence Day this year), but once again they are having problems with getting bills to the floor and there is a chance that they will cancel floor votes for this week, which would also mean canceling committee meetings, so please check back.
