1 Introduction Primary pulmonary hyalinizing clear cell carcinoma (HCCC) is an exceedingly rare, low-grade malignant salivary gland-type neoplasm. High-grade transformation has been reported in its salivary gland counterpart [1]. Patient ages at diagnosis range from 33 to 64 years [2, 3], and both sexes are affected. Clinical presentation is variable and may include cough [4], sputum production [4], dyspnea [4], and hemoptysis [5].
