Evidence for improved resuscitation leadership for clinicians. 1 INTRODUCTION Knowledge of leadership factors (behaviours, skills and strategies) assists resuscitation success. All clinicians (multiple disciplines) need effective leadership skills for cardiopulmonary resuscitation in-hospital. However, as nurses provide first response and ongoing leadership for cardiopulmonary resuscitation this group was of interest to this review.
The experiences and perceptions of immigrant informal caregivers about engaging with professional services in the host country: A scoping review
1 INTRODUCTION Health care has globally shifted from hospital care, returning to traditional home care due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This shift forced many families to provide complex care at home and navigate professional health and social services (AARP & The National Alliance for Caregiving, 2020). Nurses and other health care providers supporting those with chronic conditions at home and in acute care practice can establish effective practices to support immigrant caregivers.
