Kindness is the theme for Mental Health Awareness Week 2020 This Monday (18 May) marks the start of UK Mental Health Awareness Week, with the Mental Health Foundation announcing the theme for 2020 as “kindness”. When I voted No in 2014 it wasn’t a difficult decision.
