In Reply We thank Huang and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the methodological points raised on our recent article.1 First, we clarify that, although only 20% of the overall Childhood Cancer Survivor Study (CCSS) had reached age 40 years or older at the time of model development, this proportion varied by treatment era. Among survivors diagnosed in the 1970s, 55% had reached age 40 years and nearly 20% reached age 50 years, providing a strong foundation for our model.
