After graduating from Bloomsburg University in 2006, Jennifer Melzer began working in online publishing, launching her career building SERPs for early web directories before shifting her focus to content creation and editing in 2009. She worked as a writer and editor for various publications across the Tsavo/Ovast media brand from 2009 to 2013 before joining Hex publishers as an editor in 2014.
