If you’ve ever wandered through Pandora — The World of Avatar at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, chances are you’ve been tempted by the sweet, creamy treat known as Pongu Lumpia. This tropical dessert has quickly become a fan-favorite snack at Pongu Pongu, thanks to its crispy shell and warm pineapple-cream cheese filling. But did you know you can recreate it at home with just five ingredients?

Melt 1/2 cup butter with 1 1/2 cups whole milk in a saucepan. Once the butter has melted, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly. Combine 2 1/2 cups flour (reserve the rest), 2 packets yeast, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon salt in your mixer bowl. Mix well. Add 1/2 cup water, 2 large eggs, and the warm butter/milk mixture (from step 1) to the mixer. Mix until combined. Gradually add the remaining 4 cups of flour (about 1/2 cup at a time), mixing as you go.
