Have you ever used a typewriter?
I have! I actually took a word processor with me to college, which was amazing technology for the time. It was a lifesaver. Ha!

I use Google Docs and Grammarly's premium version (to proofread). I heavily rely on thesarus.com to be creative and use different words.

My career highlight so far was writing a super-sciencey article for National Geographic Traveler.
When's the best time to pitch you?
Honestly, any time is fabulous. I'd stay away from the holidays, but besides that - it's great!
What's your favorite drink?
Whiskey sour. Yum! Or water or a milkshake. Ha!
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Thrifting. Antiquing. Fostering kittens or cuddling my kitties. Supporting my kids. Snuggling my granddaughter. Enjoying the outdoors.
Aside from your own, what's your favorite publication to read?
Honestly, even though I write a lot for Apartment Therapy, it's one of my favorite outlets to read. It has so much practical advice!
