A judge sided with James Bradley Noble at a detention hearing this week over the objections of prosecutors who argued to keep him in jail. The Aer Lingus flight crew reported Noble got out of his seat and "aggressively wrapped his arms" around a flight attendant in the galley of the airplane. Concerned by his escalating behavior, seven flight attendants held him in his seat and restrained him to the seat with handcuffs and straps.
