Artificial intelligence has a lot of potential for use in today’s workplace, such as creating initial drafts of correspondence, drafting employment policies and job descriptions and even screening applicants for job positions. But there are hidden landmines for AI use in the workplace.

Ballet Arkansas, the state’s premier dance company, just released its lineup of performances and events for 2026-2027. The 48th season includes show-stopping classics, exciting reimaginings and family favorites, while the troupe also welcomes a few new faces. “This season represents a bold step forward for Ballet Arkansas,” executive and artistic director Michael Fothergill says.
