Trillium Brewing Co. will open a winter beer garden in Roslindale, after seeing massive success with a similar project in downtown Boston this summer. The indoor beer garden, opening in partnership with Roslindale Village Main Street, will be located at the historic Roslindale Substation building. Opening some time in early December, the garden will be similar to an outdoor beer garden Trillium operated on the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway from June through October.
Southcoast Health System will let go of 50 employees across the system, in the latest effort to cut costs at the organization. Southcoast confirmed Friday that the hospital would be reducing its 7,600-person workforce by less than 1 percent. The layoffs occurred Friday morning, the health system said. "Our leadership made very difficult decisions related to actions that will reduce costs and achieve operational efficiencies," said Peter Cohenno, a spokesman for the hospital in a statement.
Researchers at Boston Children’s Hospital are looking to begin clinical trials on a treatment that has the potential to cure type 1 diabetes using a patients own blood cells. Researchers from the hospital said they successfully used the treatment to reverse type 1 diabetes in mice. All the mice were cured of diabetes in the short term, and a third of the mice were cured for the duration of their lives. The findings were published Wednesday in the journal Science Translational Medicine.

Exact case matching or punctuation
If you're searching for a brand name or keyword that relies on specific punctuation marks or capitalization, you can
find results that match your exact query by adding matchcase: before the keyword you're searching for, like matchcase:E*TRADE .
Use parentheses to separate multiple
boolean phrases. For example, to find journalists talking about having fun in Disney World or
Disneyland, search for ("disney world" OR disneyland) AND fun.
An asterisk can be used to search for any variation of a root word truncated by the asterisk. For example, searching for admin* will return results for administrator, administration, administer, administered, etc.
A near operator is an AND operator where you can control the distance between the words. You can vary the distance the near operation uses by adding a forward slash and number (between 0-99) such as strawberries NEAR/10 "whipped cream", which means the strawberries must exist within 10 words of "whipped cream".
