Julie and her husband, Todd Chrisley — who became famous for the show “Chrisley Knows Best,” which chronicled the exploits of their tight-knit family — were both convicted in 2022 of conspiring to defraud community banks out of more than $30 million in fraudulent loans.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — An appeals court vacated reality star Julie Chrisley’s fraud sentence. In court documents filed Friday, June 21, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals stated that it vacated her sentence because it could not independently find evidence to hold her accountable for losses incurred before 2007.
