1. Introduction Retinol belongs to the fat-soluble vitamin family and induces the production and maintenance of mucous membranes, strong skin, and hair [1]. It is considered a potent candidate for dermatological applications; however, it exhibits lipophilicity and causes side effects such as itching, erythema, pruritus, and burning [2,3]. Moreover, it is highly susceptible to degradation in response to stimuli such as oxidation, ultraviolet radiation, heat, and moisture.
