DSOs’ duties and liabilities under new Company Law
Article 180 of the new Company Law stipulates that directors, supervisors and officers (DSOs) bear the obligations of fidelity and diligence to their companies. Drawing on relevant legal provisions and practical cases, the authors of this article explore the specific meanings and judicial standards of these duties, offering suggestions for improving corporate governance and ensuring compliance by DSOs. Q: What is fiduciary duty and what are the relevant adjudication standards?
Preparation, pharmacokinetics and anti‐obesity effects on dogs of nuciferine liposomes
1 INTRODUCTION Nuciferine (NUC, Figure 1A) is the main biologically active ingredient obtained from the dried leaves of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn (Huang et al., 2022; Sharma et al., 2017) and has been reported to possess extensive pharmacological activities, including anti-obesity (Dai et al., 2016), anti-atherosclerosis (Xiao et al., 2022), anticancer (Kang et al., 2017), anti-inflammatory (Wu et al., 2017) and antioxidation (Liu et al., 2014).
A Prediction Method and Model Experiments on Surf-Riding and Broaching in Stern-Quartering Waves
1. Introduction At present, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) has issued interim guidelines and corresponding explanatory notes on the second-generation intact stability criteria, covering three-tier stability assessment methods and operational guidance for the five stability failure modes of parametric rolling, pure loss of stability, dead ship condition, excessive acceleration and surf-riding/broaching [1,2].

A Comparative Analysis of CFD and the Potential Flow Method for the Pure Loss of Stability in Following Waves
1. Introduction Sufficient, intact stability stands as one of the utmost essential prerequisites for any ship’s safety. The prevailing global stability regulations primarily originate from the International Code on Intact Stability (IS Code), as adopted by resolution MSC.267 (85), drafted by the IMO Committee for Maritime Safety in 2008. The IS Code came into force in July 2010.
Big Data Management Capabilities and Green Innovation: A Dynamic Capabilities View
1. Introduction The urgency of addressing environmental challenges has heightened the need for sustainable development, prompting organizations to explore novel solutions to minimize their ecological footprint []. Green innovation stands at the forefront of these efforts, as it encompasses the creation, adoption, and integration of eco-friendly products, processes, and practices; thus, it ultimately contributes to environmental preservation [].
Interface‐Stabilized Fiber Sensor for Real‐Time Monitoring of Amniotic Fluid During Pregnancy
Diseases in pregnancy endanger millions of fetuses worldwide every year. The onset of these diseases can be early warned by the dynamic abnormalities of biochemicals in amniotic fluid, thus requiring real-time monitoring. However, when continuously penetrated by detection devices, the amnion is prone to loss of robustness and rupture, which is difficult to regenerate.

Further Study on One of the Numerical Methods for Pure Loss of Stability in Stern Quartering Waves
Abstract : The International Maritime Organization (IMO) finalized the second-generation intact stability criteria in 2022. However, an accurate and practical numerical method for stability loss has yet to be established. Therefore, a 6 DOF numerical model is further improved based on the previous study. Firstly, the rolling motion is simulated using a seakeeping model instead of the previous maneuvering mathematical model.
