Neoadjuvant pyrotinib for HER2 (IHC 2+/FISH+)/HR+ breast cancer with early non-response: a case report and literature review
Abstract Neoadjuvant therapy (NAT) has been widely adopted in the multimodal management of HER2-positive breast cancer. Trastuzumab and pertuzumab (HP) combined with chemotherapy is the recommended neoadjuvant regimen for patients with HER2-positive locally advanced breast cancer. Achieving total pathological complete response (tpCR) after NAT is a strong predictor of long-term survival in patients with early-stage or locally advanced breast cancer.

Integrated multi-omics mapping of the causal landscape of gout across the circulating-tissue axis
Abstract Background: Gout is a prevalent inflammatory arthropathy driven by monosodium urate crystal deposition, yet the causal relationships between circulating biomarkers and disease susceptibility remain incompletely characterized. Establishing robust causal associations and mapping them to specific effector genes and tissues is essential for identifying mechanistically informed therapeutic targets.

Comparison of Immune Cell Transfection by Different Vaccine Vectors After Intradermal Injection
Background/Objectives: Antigen presenting cells (APCs) and immune cells have unique properties to drive or suppress immune responses. They are therefore key targets for the expression of vaccine antigens or transgene proteins. To better determine the utility of different molecular therapies to modify these cells, mRNA and DNA-based molecular therapy vectors were compared for their ability to genetically modify immune cells after intradermal injections in mice.
Genome-wide characterization of WRKY family genes in four araceae species and their expression analysis in Amorphophallus konjac
1 Introduction Throughout a plant’s life cycle, it regularly encounters types of stress that can severely hinder optimal growth and significantly reduce yield (Garbeva and Weisskopf, 2020). To defend against or adapt to these different stresses, plants have evolved a range of regulatory mechanisms, including extensive regulation of numerous genes that mediate physiological and biochemical processes (Singh et al., 2002).

Dexmedetomidine induces immunogenic cancer cell death and sensitizes tumors to PD-1 blockade
Discussion In this manuscript, we present an algorithm predicting the protumor or antitumor properties of anesthesia-relevant drugs. This algorithm was designed by a machine learning approach combining the molecular descriptors and the known protumor or antitumor effects of the drugs.21 To challenge this algorithm, we incorporated several molecules with unknown or ambiguous properties into our dataset.

Comprehending radicals, diradicals and their bondings in aggregates of imide-fused polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons
Comprehending radicals, diradicals and their bondings in aggregates of imide-fused polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons Jiani Liu, Jiarui Zeng, Duokai Zhao, Yao Yao, Dehua Hu and Yuguang Ma Abstract Quantum effects such as ferromagnetism were regarded as rare in organic materials. Reduced to radical states, imide-fused polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (IPAHs) have shown in our recent work a potential candidate to bail out.
