Abstract To observe the effect of total polyphenols from Nymphaea candida (NCTP) on ulcer wound healing in diabetic rats and to explore its potential mechanism. A total of 75 male Sprague–Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into a normal control group (n = 15) and a diabetic modeling group (n = 60).
