Association Between Di Distance and Left Renal Vein Compression in Nutcracker Syndrome

Di Distance, the craniocaudal separation between renal vein confluence levels, was greater in venography-confirmed nutcracker syndrome than in controls, indicating an association with left renal vein (LRV) compression. 2. Adding Di Distance improved the areas under the curve (AUCs) of conventional CT markers, suggesting value as a supplementary anatomical marker.

Abstract Long-term night shift work has become one of the major risk factors for the cardiometabolic health of healthcare workers. Traditional perspectives have largely attributed this to sleep deprivation. However, recent studies have revealed that circadian misalignment itself constitutes an independent pathogenic factor. This article provides a systematic review of the epidemiological evidence, pathophysiological mechanisms, and precision intervention strategies in this field.
