Tuneable Vacancy-Ordered Halide Perovskites Cs2PdX6 (X = Cl, Br) for Photoelectrochemical Water Splitting In this work we report Cs2PdX6 (X = Cl, Br) photoanodes for photoelectrochemical solar water oxidation. These materials show panchromatic absorption with exceptional stability in ambient air, water, and extreme pH conditions. Cs2PdBr6 demonstrated a photocurrent of 1 mA cm-2, the highest reported for any vacancy-ordered halide perovskite in direct solar water oxidation.
