This is a prospective, open-label, randomized, assessor-blinded, single-center trial conducted on patients with AMI in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University. This trial adopts a two-arm parallel superiority design with a 1:1 allocation ratio. The objective of this trial is to evaluate the effects of SGLT2-I on cardiac autonomic function and cardiac structure in these high-risk patients.
