1. Introduction Primary antibody deficiencies (PADs) are the most prevalent inborn errors of immunity (IEI) []. The clinical spectrum ranges from the selective immunoglobulin (Ig) class (such as selective IgA deficiency (sIgAD)) and the IgG (IgG1-IgG4) subclass deficiencies to severe disorders of antibody production such as X-linked agammaglobulinemia (XLA) or common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) [].
