(CNN) - The former head of USA Gymnastics was arrested and accused of removing documents linked to the Larry Nassar sexual abuse case from the Karolyi Ranch gymnastics training facility in Texas, authorities said. Steve Penny was arrested Wednesday, nearly three weeks after he was indicted by a grand jury for tampering with evidence, the Walker County District Attorney's office said. He was detained after US Marshals tracked him to a cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Oregon Symphony musicians get raises for first time since 2011
For the first time in years, musicians with the Oregon Symphony will see their paychecks grow this spring thanks to a three-year contract extension. The pay raise, which the musicians' union and symphony leaders announced Friday, comes after years of salary cuts and concessions to help balance the symphony's budget, which has been in the black for the last six years. No settlement as Brady, Goodell face off in court
U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman hasn't ruled in the case, which centers on a four-game suspension imposed on Brady for allegedly knowing the Patriots used footballs inflated below league-mandated levels. Another hearing is scheduled for August 19. Lawyers will file more briefs by Friday. The judge met privately with Goodell and his lawyers and then with Brady and his legal team, reported CNN's Rachel Nichols. During a public session, the judge questioned lawyers, but not Brady or Goodell.
2015 Portland Rose Festival: Alaska Airlines tops list of parade float winners
The results are in, and the top float in this year's Grand Floral Parade is Alaska Airlines' "Bloomin' with Aloha" entry.
