Embraer now owns all of a Mexican cabin-component manufacturing business after buying out joint-venture partner Safran. The Brazilian company on 1 July said it had completed the planned acquisition of Safran’s 50% share of Chihuahua-based EZ Air Interior, which produces galleys, lavatories, flooring, overhead bins and other cabin products for its E-Jet family.
