Journalist since 1993 in all media, platforms and formats. From the times of typewriters, Netscape, BBS and Nikon FM2 to the era of smartphones, TweetDeck, Tableau Publique, Adobe Suite and Live Streaming. From reports on the portuguese and spanish press to live TV and live web updates in french and english on International news outlets. Former New Media Editor and Brussels' Deputy Bureau Chief at euronews, I've been covering european news in the last two decades, beyond eurocrisis and Schengen borders. Special envoy to international and european political summits, I've reported live the 9/11 events, covered the Libyan war from Malta, travelled to Brazil to report on the deforestation, to Sicily to report on the "anti-mafia" mouvement, covered on Social Media the black years of terror attacks or the colored moments of Ukraine, Egypt or Tunisia's popular revolts. I've also signed special reports on the Afghan war, VaticanGate, Portugal and Brazil elections as Executive Producer. After 17 years at a newsroom and an intense experience in all phases and formats of journalistic production and breaking news, I'm back in the road and back in the field with all the tools needed to tell a good story.
