Question Recommend me a streak-free cleaning product for floor
#1 okay, so I use a Vileda spray mop to clean the wood laminate floors, and looking for a no-hassle cleaning liquid to fill it up with, that doesn't streak or leave a sticky residue. Just done the hallway with some old Tesco brand stuff I had and going to have to do it again to remove the marks it left Replies 10 Views 713 Replies 6 Views 559 Replies 9 Views 558 Don't Buy The Wharfedale Denton 1S Until You Watch This! 'Loaded' (formerly Cd keys)
I've bought a number of pc titles off them in the past, when they were trading as 'CD Keys', and never had a problem. Just wondered how reliable people have found them since the name change?.

[2025] F1 Abu Dhabi WDC Decider 5th Dec - 7th Dec
The track should suit McLaren. I’m having a hard time seeing why Lando can’t just do a Prost and bring it home in third, letting those other two fight out the lead. But maybe it will become more complicated - let’s see.Should all make for a nice Drive to Survive episode, anyway

June Whitfield
#1 Just heard that June Whitfield has passed away. I know she reached a good age, but very sorry to hear this news... Ab Fab's Dame June Whitfield dies aged 93 #3 RIP TERRY & JUNE on the telly in the background, fun times then #5 Never saw the 'Terry & June' series but I did see them as the Abbots new neighbours in 'Bless This House' (film version which I've watched many times). Rest In Peace. #6 Many, many happy memories. RIG (Rest in Giggles).
California Highways (old 70's series)
#1 I remember watching it in the school summer holidays. I also remember some of the theme tune, and vague images of typical 70's west coast stuff - surf-boards, tanned babes, etc. Trouble is i cant remember exactly what it was about, and cant find anything on the net. anyone else remember it?. Dean #2 You talking about CHiPs? Two motorcycle cops who rode around busting crime and saving the city from the bad guys.
Buck Rogers Reboot (TBC)
#1 Paul W.S. Anderson to relaunch Buck Rogers Two years ago Frank Miller was the man to bring a edgier Buck Rogers back to the big screen, that has been not been heard of since. Today comes news that director Paul W.S. Anderson (Death Race, Resident Evil) from a screenplay by "Iron Man" co-writers Art Marcum and Matt Holloway are the people to do it for Paradox Entertainment.

TV has a slight horizontal tilt on stand
#1 It's leaning to the right, so I thought about using something to increase the rail height, where the right (as you look from the front) tv bracket hooks on. So far I've been looking at rubber car door protectors, but they all look too wide at the top, which I thought might compromise the hook's ability to hang on to the rail. I'm sure there will be something out there ideal for the job, but it escapes me right now.
Dali IO-12's clamping force
So I got a refurb pair for evaluation after watching several reviews. And while I've found their sound most impressive (albeit I'm no expert), I struggle to wear them for anything more than one and a half to two hours, as I become more aware of their clamping force feeling tight and uncomfortable. They are adjusted to their maximum size, which actually seems quite small compared to the Bose QC's and Sennheiser HD555's I also have.

Battle of Britain Film (TBC) Directed by Ridley Scott
Not seen where we are of late with cgi's ability to depict a realisitic looking plane, but I know in the past they've always looked 'off, compounded by the directors use of cockpit zoom in/outs and general 'whizz around the plane' camera work. Just stick to what would be possible when filming a real aircraft and we're half way there.

Aomei Backupper Pro taking forever
So I just bought the professional version and doing a system backup image to an external (USB 3) HDD, from a fast internal nvme. 32gb ram, 7800X3D, and it's taking forever. I've used the free version in the past and never experienced this on lesser systems.

Clean cutting rubberwood (tv stand/unit)
#1 So I'm thinking about buying this stand , but would want to take most of the leg height off. According to them, the legs are made of rubberwood, so I'm wondering what the chances are of them splintering, even using a company with an industrial cutting saw (if one is willing to do it). Can someone work this out (bottom gap)

Mains extension for power recliner chair
I need about a 2.5m extension for my power recliner, so wondering is it safe to use with a single socket trailing plug extension, and what would be the minimum diameter cable I could use (preferring it to be nice and flexible).
I've read conflicting info on this, so anyone know for sure?.
