BROOKLYN, Ohio -- The data center debate in the Buckeye State finds many communities putting the brakes on any talk of the controversial facilities coming to their area. This includes Brooklyn. City Council recently passed a 180-day moratorium related to the granting of building permits or certificates of occupancy for any building, structure, use or change of use that would enable the establishment or conversion of other structures or buildings into a data center.
