Anyone who has been in this business knows there's nothing like the buzz in a newsroom leading up to deadline. And there's also the collective sigh of relief after the final edition has been sent to bed. It was upon just one of those moments when, after editing all there was to edit, I wandered into then sports editor Dave Nordman's office, on Patriots Day 2006. "I'm going to run Boston next year," I told him.
