Agile Scoping — How to Keep the Focus - DZone Agile
Some of the people I admire in the agile community avoid working with organizations that are not fully committed to the agile changes they are asking for. This can create drama and a possible loss of connection between the ‘thought leaders’ and the rest of us. But what if some agile approaches would help us understand how best to support our clients if we do not have the full support of the organization? That is my aspiration over the next few blog posts. About This Book On 2 July 1644, six miles from York, 18,000 Royalists led by Prince Rupert, the nephew of King Charles I, fought 27,000 Parliamentarians in an attempt to relieve the Royalist force besieged at York. He failed. The defeat was catastrophic and the North was lost to Parliamentarian troops. John Barratt looks afresh at the battle and explores the disagreements among the Royalist leaders that had a devastating effect on the outcome of the battle.

In our last DZone article where we presented the Agile Radar [1], a new open sourced approach of helping others to understand Agile. It seems we inadvertently created a bit of a stir! Reliable methods for identifying and controlling for multiple comorbidities are required in order to make valid comparisons between treatments.
