Timely and important study for human service leaders I have a few more openings to participate in a timely research project. I am working on a doctoral degree in change leadership, and my dissertation research focuses on the human service leaders' experience with psychological safety in racially diverse work teams. Co-interviewer LaTasha Coleman-Reece, M.S., MPH, PMH-C,IPPE-C, CBC, and I will be conducting Zoom-based interviews and focus groups in October and November 2025.
