What was your first job as a journalist?

I actually don't know any...
What does it mean to be a journalist?
Mix of two parts: to be able to share my love for a topic/tell a story. The other part is the ability to learn something new!

No one actually, but I'd take a celebrity friend if I could.
Why did you become a journalist?
To be able to share a story, to share my love for video games, and to improve my knowledge on topics I don't know much on.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
Never which is what makes my journey so bizarre!
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
My first and second reviews for Twinfinite (Kena on PC and DAH! 2 - Reprobed), and any esports feature I cover.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Always reach out for advice and believe in yourself! You can always improve so take any chance you can to do that.
When's the best time to pitch you?
Any time, although early morning around 9am EST would be best!
What's the best pitch you ever got?
I've gotten one from FaZe about a cannabis crossover. No idea how it reached me, but it was funny nonetheless!

Water (I'm not kidding I swear)

At the gym or hanging out with my friends!

I don't have a favorite, but I enjoy analytical articles and feature articles on esports/video games
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
I don't think there is one. I'm still growing my brand and coverage, and if I do something wrong, let me know so I can fix it!
