JOHN FINGER’s Biography

John Finger is a writer, most notably for Comcast SportsNet.com, where he worked for 16 years and was a witness to one of the most successful eras of Philadelphia sports. He does other stuff, too. For instance, he also runs marathons for fun, and enjoys debunking myths and goofing off. Often, he has trouble paying attention to things that are not funny. John graduated from J.P. McCaskey High School in Lancaster, Pa. He got his B.A. in American Studies from Temple University and is working on his M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Drexel University.
