Why has the FTSE 250’s price performed so badly since the pandemic, relative to the FTSE 100? With the FTSE 250 at 23,206, it is currently undervalued by about 21%, and since 1993, it has only been this cheap 12% of the time. When the world is functioning as it should, the FTSE 250 has a lower dividend yield than the FTSE 100.
