John Liccione is Founder and CEO of RussiLeaks, the only American media company focused exclusively on exposing Putin’s secrets and those of his compromised American agents operating within government and private industry, in defense of America, democracy, and Ukraine. John's book, “The Grand Unifying Theory of Putin-Trump,” sets the tone and lays the foundation for RussiLeaks’ mission. John is a decorated USAF and NSA veteran who served as an airborne and ground-based Korean linguist and intelligence analyst. John is high-tech leader who helped grow two companies through IPOs. He defended his country and companies against hostile foreign adversaries. As Tenable VP he served as program manager for the DOD’s global hacking-defense system (ACAS).
John declared his candidacy for Florida’s 13th Congressional District House seat in June 2023 where he is the Democratic STEM candidate who whose primary mission is to put “Kids First, Above All Else.” John is an electrical engineer.
