Dr. John Cherry is a dentist based in Brandon, Florida, who offers comprehensive dental treatment and specialized services to his patients. In his practice Dr. Cherry aims to cultivate lasting relationships through personalized care, an approach that has helped him garner local recognition. In 2007, Dr. Cherry was selected as a topDentist by his fellow professionals for service excellence toward his patients in Brandon and the greater Tampa Bay area.
Dr. John Cherry strives to help each patient fully understand a diagnosis and the treatment options and employs a professional staff that assists him with providing care in areas such as cosmetic dentistry, crowns and bridges, periodontal disease diagnosis and treatment, root canals, implant surgery, and general dentistry. For patients who may experience fear and anxiety from undergoing dental procedures, Dr. Cherry is trained in sedation dentistry, which helps patients get the proper care they need to maintain oral health.
Before founding his practice in Brandon, Dr. John Cherry attended the University of Florida College of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine. In addition to certifications in conscious sedation from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and in implant surgery from the Midwest Implant Institute, Dr. Cherry has undergone advanced dental training at the L.D. Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida. A member of national dental professional organizations such as the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Cherry has also stayed involved in his home state as a member of the Florida Dental Association and the Hillsborough County Dental Association.
