KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WDAF) — A man missing for weeks has been found, partially thanks to a post on X mocking Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas. William Keys was reported missing on June 22 when a resident posted on X about a homeless encampment located in the area. The city’s Homeless Prevention Coordinator, Josh Henges, discussed the post on his personal Instagram account. “The tweet [sic] was from someone called ‘The Boy Shelby,'” he said in his video, referencing the original tweet directed at Lucas.
