A bankruptcy trustee probing the ill-fated Fyre Festival is seeking information from a law firm and insurance broker that worked for the business that promoted the failed music festival. The request is part of a broader attempt by the bankruptcy court-appointed trustee, lawyer Gregory Messer, to obtain company records in his investigation of the music festival and digital media business founded by William “Billy” McFarland.
A lender is suing the Weinstein Co. seeking the immediate repayment of a $45 million loan it says came due after the movie studio fired co-chairman Harvey Weinstein in the wake of numerous allegations of sexual misconduct and assault. The lawsuit was filed Friday in New York by an affiliate of Access Industries, a group of companies founded by billionaire industrialist Len Blavatnik.
Exelon Generation Texas Power LLC filed for bankruptcy protection Tuesday with a plan to sell all but one of its five natural gas-fired electricity generation plants to senior lenders. ExGen Texas and related corporate entities associated with each plant filed for chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware. The company’s bankruptcy petition lists assets of between $100 million and $500 million and liabilities of between $500 million and $1 billion.

Find results that mention multiple specified terms, use AND or

multiple terms to appear in results. (This is the default behavior of our search when no operators

Exact case matching or punctuation
If you're searching for a brand name or keyword that relies on specific punctuation marks or capitalization, you can
find results that match your exact query by adding matchcase: before the keyword you're searching for, like matchcase:E*TRADE .
Use parentheses to separate multiple
boolean phrases. For example, to find journalists talking about having fun in Disney World or
Disneyland, search for ("disney world" OR disneyland) AND fun.
An asterisk can be used to search for any variation of a root word truncated by the asterisk. For example, searching for admin* will return results for administrator, administration, administer, administered, etc.
A near operator is an AND operator where you can control the distance between the words. You can vary the distance the near operation uses by adding a forward slash and number (between 0-99) such as strawberries NEAR/10 "whipped cream", which means the strawberries must exist within 10 words of "whipped cream".
