Andrew Kelly’s last ride leaves a legacy for Lehigh men’s lacrosse
For four years, senior Andrew Kelly has thrived inside the rhythm of Division I lacrosse at Lehigh University — a schedule consisting of early morning lifts, film sessions, long practices, bus rides and late nights with homework and studying still awaiting him after the day ends. It’s a steady routine. Almost an identity. But with his final season now complete, Kelly has had to reflect on how quickly those everyday moments passed.

Jack Deppe breaks breaststroke record for swim and dive
When sophomore swimmer Jack Deppe touched the wall in the 200-yard breaststroke at the Patriot League Championships, he looked up at the scoreboard with a sense of accomplishment. Deppe finished in 1:58.73, which not only broke his own school record but also made him the first swimmer in Lehigh history to break the two-minute barrier in the event. “I wasn’t really expecting to get under two minutes at any point this season,” Deppe said.
Raffaele Rogers earns Patriot League honors as season gains momentum
Junior infielder Raffaele Rogers is emerging as a difference-maker for Lehigh baseball, and his latest honor proves it. On Feb. 16, after batting .556 with two home runs and four RBIs against University of Miami, Rogers earned Patriot League Player of the Week, a milestone he said reflects years of continuous improvement and growing confidence at the collegiate level. Rogers said his decision to commit to Lehigh stemmed from a goal to compete at a high level while prioritizing his academics.

Two years ago, senior thrower Grace Aggen suffered an ACL injury during her sophomore year. She spent the following months rehabilitating and working to regain the strength needed to compete again. The injury forced her to return to the basics and focus on consistency, challenging her to heal physically while staying mentally committed to her team. “It made me appreciate being able to do stuff with my body because it’s easy to forget how much your body does for you,” Aggen said.

Saturday afternoon’s game at Stabler Arena between the Lehigh women’s basketball team and Holy Cross was more than a Patriot League matchup. The contest honored National Girls and Women in Sports Day, recognizing the progress of women in athletics at Lehigh and beyond. Lehigh advances to Patriot League Championship after defeating Boston University 1-0
In below-freezing temperatures, No. 2 Lehigh men’s soccer secured its spot in the Patriot League Championship after defeating No. 4 Boston University 1-0 at Ulrich Sports Complex. Sophomore midfielder Giacomo Zizza scored the only goal of the game in the 54th minute, giving Lehigh their first championship appearance since 2019. Both teams fought through heavy fouling and multiple yellow cards in a high-intensity and physical game before Zizza broke the stalemate midway through the second half.

’Tis the Season for Vegan Gingerbread
Jordan Roth / Sun Contributor 21 mins ago Dining By Jordan Roth | 21 mins ago With the holidays fast approaching, it’s easy to get bombarded by the best things of the season: snow, Hallmark original movies and of course, holiday baking. As a vegan, holiday baking is a little bit difficult to partake in, as fruitcake and peppermint bark aren’t the most vegan-friendly treats. So, this year, I decided to take matters into my own hands and bake a vegan creation anyone would want to eat.
Cooking in the Dorm: A Vegan’s Experience
Jordan Roth / Sun Contributor 1 min ago vegan cooking By Jordan Roth | 1 min ago One of the biggest concerns any vegan has when going to college is finding a healthy, tasty variety of vegan food available to them at mealtimes. In the Cornell dining halls, there are many vegan options that switch out every day, but sometimes I still find myself missing the high-quality vegan food I would make at home.
Jordan Roth: A Man’s View on the Haute Couture
Jordan Roth, the Broadway producer with four Tonys to his name and the July premiere of Moulin Rouge! to dress for, is an haute couture collector. That’s not as unlikely as it sounds. John Galliano shows his co-ed one-of-a-kinds for Margiela Artisanal on a gender fluid cast. And Clare Waight Keller has put men—and bespoke menswear—in all three of her couture collections for Givenchy. Jordan wore a “Jewish Givenchy Cardinal” look to the Met Gala last year, made-to-measure, of course.
Theater Mogul Jordan Roth Shares How Parents Can Reclaim Resilience
How am I ever going to explain this to my kids? and head-shaking I have with every new headline and tweet that’s catapulted from Washington these days. And really, not just Washington. So much of what we’re seeing and hearing from all corners is the exact opposite of the earliest lessons we teach our children. How to speak kindly to others, how to treat people with respect, how to share. Compassion, decency, fairness - the basics! Did we forget everything we learned in kindergarten?

GERARD: Congratulations, Jordan, on the Thoroughbreds you have in this year’s Tony derby. (Congrats to all your competitors, too, btw!) Reviewing Al Pacino, Broadway’s Collateral Damage And Air For Sale, Cheap: Gerard & Roth
EXCLUSIVE: Deadline theater critic Jeremy Gerard and Jujamcyn Theatres president Jordan Roth discuss the hottest topics on the Rialto, the only precondition being: no holds barred. GERARD: I’m wondering whether Significant Other, which opened last week on Broadway, will end up as, to use that Vietnam-era euphemism, collateral damage in the aftermath of Charles Isherwood’s abrupt departure from The New York Times.
Jake Gyllenhaal, That ‘Times’ Review Of ‘Big River’ & Garth Drabinsky: Gerard & Roth
The cast of ‘Sunday In The Park With George,’ led by Jake Gyllenhaal at far left. Stephanie Berger While I understand that thinking, it also strikes me as odd. What if Sunday In The Park is in fact the best revival of the season, or even in the top four? What if Gyllenhaal and Ashford are deemed to have given the best performances in a musical? Should it be up to a producer to decide whether or not his or her show is in contention for Broadway’s top awards?
