Procedure After providing informed consent, and precisely 1 week before the first session, participants started with Day 1 (of 28 days) of their food diary. On the seventh day, the EDE-Q was completed. Participants received three individual 45-min sessions in therapy rooms at the Radboud University lab. Sessions were provided by eight psychology students, trained and supervised by the research leader. Therapists were instructed to adhere strictly to the manuals.
