Abstract Muscle-invasive bladder carcinoma (MIBC) has been classified into transcriptomic subtypes, but comprehensive proteomic characterization remains limited. In this study, we used data-independent acquisition mass spectrometry (DIA-MS) to characterize the proteomic landscape of MIBC and explore subtype-associated therapeutic opportunities.
