He was right. ‘You must come, now!’ shouted a colleague on the night shift. ‘They are shutting us down.’ Mora, a trade union rep at FATE – one of Argentina’s largest and oldest factories – jumped out of bed and made the nearly 30km journey to the plant on the northern outskirts of Buenos Aires.
