Joseph Greco is an American entrepreneur, private investor, and sports executive whose career spans financial technology, healthcare communications, and professional sports ownership. He founded PSC Info Group and later led its transformation into RevSpring, a revenue cycle communication and payment technology company. The company’s platforms facilitate more than 1 billion consumer interactions each year across the healthcare and financial services sectors. Over time, Greco expanded his professional efforts into private investment and strategic development while also participating in sports ownership and related investment platforms.
He grew up in Norristown, Pennsylvania. His interest in entrepreneurship began early while he was still attending high school. In tenth grade, he started a small company selling printing and business forms to physicians in his hometown. These materials helped medical practices manage patient intake, billing documentation, and administrative records. At that stage, he had little business experience, but he learned by working directly with physicians and understanding how their offices handled daily paperwork.
In 2000, the earlier business evolved into a broader information and communication services company. Joe Greco formally established PSC Info Group and served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer. The organization expanded its services to include data management, communication systems, and document technology designed to support healthcare organizations and other industries.
The company grew without institutional capital in its early years. Development was supported by reinvested earnings and a strategy focused on building technology and acquiring complementary services. Joe Greco directed the company’s growth by developing proprietary platforms that combined data analytics with automated messaging and billing workflows. The company also pursued targeted acquisitions to expand its services and geographic reach.
In 2012, the company rebranded as RevSpring to reflect its transition from document-based services to digital communication and payment technology. He later moved into the role of Chairman of the Board and served in that position through 2016. RevSpring’s systems grew to support more than 1 billion consumer interactions each year across billing, payments, and communications.
Following the company’s sale in 2016, he expanded his work into private investment and financial platforms focused on early-stage companies and specialty finance. He also joined the ownership group of a Major League Soccer franchise and later became a founding partner of an investment platform centered on sports and entertainment opportunities. Through these activities, Joseph Greco continues to participate in ventures that combine technology, investment strategy, and the sports industry.
