The South All-Stars have won six straight all-star games dating back to 2021. COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. (WANE) – The TinCaps’ bats finally came to life in a 6-3 win at the West Michigan Whitecaps on Friday. The win snaps a four-game losing skid for Fort Wayne. Alex McCoy and Zach Evans drove in Fort Wayne’s first four runs over the first two innings. McCoy drove in Justin DeCriscio on an RBI double in the first inning. Evans roped an RBI single, driving in Luke Cantwell in the second frame.

The Fort Wayne native scored 11 points off the bench, adding five rebounds, an assist and a block. Brooks’s best moment came in an and-one bucket late in the third quarter.
