When you settle down to watch a shark film called Chum, you know you’re bound to witness something so silly yet entertaining enough to justify the time watching it. Sadly, that is very much not the case; the film instead is an exercise in utilising AI in all the wrong ways, which results in it being the worst film of the year so far, and any year. Shark films don’t seem that difficult to get right; throw in some good kills and a menacing shark, and you have yourself a recipe for success.

Apple TV seems to be the place to be if you’re a major Hollywood star looking to dip into the world of television. They seem to have the biggest success rate when it comes to quality for their shows, focusing on making great shows over churning out as many as possible each year. Their latest, Lucky, sees Anya Taylor-Joy caught in the midst of a heist gone wrong, with both the mob and the law on her tail.

Ever since 2000, the Jackass gang have been putting themselves in harm’s way for our entertainment. Led by the charismatic Johnny Knoxville, they’ve had a very successful television show and now have five hilarious films released over the years. What really works well for the films is the variety of stunts they’re willing to carry out, whether it be inflicting pain on one another, nature bringing the pain, or just downright idiocy involving various bodily fluids.
