Josh Bartch

Josh Bartch is a business consultant, investor, and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in international capital markets. Throughout his career, he has led and supported multiple ventures while contributing to transactions with a combined value exceeding $1 billion. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, deal structuring, financing strategies, reverse mergers, and helping companies develop effective approaches for entering and expanding within public markets.

He is the CEO of MavDB Consulting, LLC, where he provides corporate advisory services focused on capital markets strategy, investor relations, and cross-border opportunities. Through his work, Josh helps businesses develop growth strategies, strengthen investor engagement, and prepare for market expansion. His experience includes working with companies connected to leading global exchanges such as the New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, London Stock Exchange, Euronext, Canadian Securities Exchange, and Hong Kong Stock Exchange. These experiences have provided him with extensive knowledge of international financial systems and regulatory environments.

Josh Bartch grew up in Denver, Colorado, and began his entrepreneurial journey while studying at Colorado State University. During his college years, he launched his first company and later successfully sold the business, gaining valuable experience in entrepreneurship, operations, and business growth. This early achievement established the foundation for his continued career in investment and advisory services.

In 2007, Josh co-founded a digital transcription company that served professionals in legal, medical, academic, and business fields. The platform built a strong reputation by delivering reliable and efficient services to clients across the United States. This venture strengthened his understanding of building scalable businesses and meeting the needs of diverse industries.

In 2011, Josh established a private investment and advisory firm focused on supporting early-stage and growth-stage businesses. The firm worked with companies across industries such as technology, consumer goods, and financial services, providing guidance on capital raising, strategic partnerships, and preparation for public market opportunities. His practical approach helped business leaders evaluate opportunities, improve their strategies, and navigate important stages of growth.

In 2020, Josh Bartch relocated to Puerto Rico and founded MavDB Consulting, LLC. The firm provides advisory services related to capital markets, investor relations, and international listings. Working closely with executives and leadership teams, Josh helps companies improve market positioning, strengthen communication with investors, and develop strategies designed for long-term growth. His approach focuses on understanding each client’s goals and creating solutions tailored to their specific business needs.

Throughout his career, Josh has been involved in structuring public market transactions and helping companies navigate the challenges associated with financing, growth, and expansion. His understanding of financial markets, business strategy, and regulatory considerations allows him to provide guidance to organizations operating in complex and competitive environments.

Beyond his professional activities, Josh is involved in philanthropic initiatives that support communities and social causes. He has contributed to ND Hope’s efforts to build schools in Africa and supports organizations assisting veterans and first responders. He also provides support to Boxing Bullies, a Puerto Rico-based nonprofit organization focused on youth development through boxing. Following Hurricane Maria, Josh contributed to recovery efforts supporting communities affected by the disaster.

Outside of business, Josh Bartch enjoys golf, a sport that reflects his appreciation for focus, discipline, and strategic thinking. He also values traveling and exploring different cultures, which allows him to gain new perspectives and develop a broader understanding of global communities and markets.

Josh studied finance and related subjects at Colorado State University and Metropolitan State University of Denver. He currently lives in Puerto Rico with his son, Maverick, and continues his work as a global advisor and investor, helping businesses identify opportunities, develop strategies, and pursue sustainable growth.
