How is social media changing news?

It is allowing for news to spread more quickly; however it is also forcing the public to be more skeptical and find sources they trust.

What's your favorite social network?

Twitter, it has a fast pace in getting news out to the public and nearly every journalist is on there.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

I am most proud of my article on our district's union fighting for health care, paid time off and better structure for disabled workers.

What's your favorite drink?

Kombucha, low in carbs, high in flavor =)
