Abstract Persistent knowledge-to-action gaps in sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) limit the translation of evidence into policy and practice. Knowledge platform Share-Net International (SNI) uses Communities of Practice (CoPs) to support knowledge exchange, yet little is known about how CoPs facilitate knowledge translation.This study examined how CoPs across SNI’s hubs translate SRHR knowledge into action and identified contextual factors shaping these processes.

Abstract Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy are among the leading causes of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality in Ghana. Despite this high burden, research priorities have historically been shaped by academic, funding, policy and industry actors, with limited engagement of patients and survivors, their carers and health care professionals. Their lived experiences offer critical insights that can complement traditional research agendas.

Discussion Early identification of PE is essential to improve outcomes through efficient resource allocation and targeted prevention, triage and treatment strategies. Improved screening tools have been identified as an innovation priority by global stakeholders and researchers.17 24–28 Here, we present the results of a mixed methods implementation research study that assessed the operational fit of introducing a new point-of-care PrCr ratio measurement test at referral hospitals in Ghana.
