Don’t call it a comeback — yet. But things are starting to look promising for the first time in a while. US health insurer Total Experience Score and Brand Experience Index (BX Index™) averages improved year over year, and the industry’s Customer Experience Index (CX Index™) average improved for the first time since 2021. This marks the end of a nasty slide downward, where the industry’s average CX Index average dropped three times in four years.
