1. Introduction Endophytes are microorganisms that inhabit diverse organs, tissues or intercellular spaces of plants, animals and other resources, while the hosts generally do not show any symptoms of infection. In general, endophytes include endophytic fungi, endophytic bacteria and endophytic actinomycetes. Endophytes, as a highly significant microbial resource, are prevalent in nature and omnipresent within a diverse range of terrestrial and aquatic plants.
